Meet Sharon Lerch!
Sharon has been practicing at Vibe Health Yoga for several months. She is an avid runner and sports nut. She came to the practice as a compliment to running and to develop better flexibility. She keeps coming for the mind-body connection she has found. “It feeds my soul!” Sharon’s most challenging pose is Balancing Half-Moon. This is also her favorite pose, which speaks volumes about her character! ❤️
